How much does shipping cost?
Free delivery with no order minimums within Teton County, WY/ID, and Alpine, WY. Delivery is not currently available outside these areas.
Is your food raw or is it cooked?
Our pet food is 100% gently cooked to preserve maximum nutrients.
How long does the food last?
Our food is delivered frozen. If left in the freezer, the food will last up to 6 months. Once thawed, we recommend using within 7-10 days.
What day is my food delivered?
Local delivery take place every Wednesday between 4 pm to 8 pm MST.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
No. You do not need to be home for delivery. Our team will place it in front of your doorstep.
What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn’t the case, we will refund you 100%.
